Hello, I understand the proposed rule mandates 30 percent of
heavy-duty trucks sold to be electric, zero-emission vehicles by
2033. This is not aggressive enough and should be implemented
gradually.  Trucks have long operating lives and contribute a
substantial portion of road related GHGs. Please consider the
following implement plan.
