Considering what this new rule is capable of accomplishing - the
prevention of 4,000 premature deaths, savings in health care of up
to $26 billion, bringing the most polluted areas in the state into
compliance with federal air quality standards, and halting 48 tons
of nitrogen oxide and 5 tons of particulate air pollution by 2020,
doesn't it make sense both politically, economically, and
ethically, to pass it?
