To the CARB Board:I strongly support for CARB's 2022 Climate
Change Scoping Plan and ask CARB to restore the Sacramento-San
Joaquin Delta as part of that effort.But go beyond this to protect
and expand ALL of the state's coastal wetlands. Thanks for
