| Comment | The OHV economical industry has been effected by the Red Sticker
program since it's inception. What once was a year round sourse of
income, has now been predicted round the Red Sticker season. The
effects are present at the OHV parks and local retailers. By
eliminating red sticker vehicles from OHV parks would only cause
greater economical loss to local agencies and industry. It is
understandable to require stricter emissions on vehicles used for
transportation road use. With millions of vehicles driving within a
city footprint can create a very high emission density. Which is
substantial and measurable with the Scientific Method. As for the
Red Sticker vehicles that are operated within wide open spaces like
parks, forests and other public lands. The concentration of
vehicles within OHV areas, compared to the area of the park, would
create a very low emissions density. Please provide the
measurements and information that supports the need to restrict
recreation with Red Sticker OHVs. Along with the standard deviation
of any such conclusions. Thank you.
