Please retain 2007 mandates and strengthen 2008 mandates to favor
the public, and not the oil companies and auto manufacturers. This
is your job, to protect the public and not the profits of big oil
and the auto industry. We, the citizens of California, pay your
salaries and the salary of the governor to serve us and not the
speci-
al interests of greedy industry.
