To whom it may concern @CARB , My name is Joseph McKown I have been
traveling to California for 25 years to go fishing and have enjoyed
it thoroughly I can't imagine a day when that is not possible. It
will Wreak havoc on many families who rely on the sea to make their
living. What happened to government for the people.
