We can't meet our climate action goals without addressing
existing buidlings.


Reusing and upgrading existing buildings
presents a huge opportunity to reduce both embodied and operational
emissions. Reusing Buildings and Materials, particularly when it
reuses the building structure and envelope, reduces embodied
emissions by 50 to 75% compared to a new replacement building


Upgrading and Electrifying our existing
building stock is an effective way to drive down operational
emissions quickly.


We know how to do this and we know it is less
expensive than building new buildings.
