Comment	Hello, the new ACC II regulations will hurt my family’s pocketbook. Our family doesn’t have the ability to buy an expensive electric car. While there may be a few years before gas powered cars are illegal, I don’t see any lowering in the price of an electric vehicle, and it seems only the wealthy can afford to make this change.
