California needs to scale up investment in zero-emission
and mass transportation options that work for our communities.
Clean cars, clean trucks and transit must be accessible and
affordable to working-class Californians. I am asking on CARB
to:


    

  1. Roll out a full, coordinated phase out of
fossil fuels, with targets for oil refining by 2045, oil
and gas extraction by 2035, and a clean electric grid by
2035.
    2. 

  2. Accelerate and scale up investments in clean
cars, trucks, and mass transit for working class
Californians across the state.
    3. 

  3. Eliminate reliance on climate policy dead
ends like Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage
(CCUS) on polluting fuel sources.
