Hello, 


The CARB plan has some good points, with reducing reliance on
coal, gas and oil, but we need to reduce it by 2035, not 2045.


We need to create a major emphasis on green energy sources, to
develope better systems for solar, wind, passive, and
human-energy.


The priority needs to be today not start in 2035. 


We cannot rely on capturing 100 million tons of carbon in 15
years, when we cannot store even .5 tons of the carbon today.


Reduce carbon output NOW.


Thank you for your efforts to make a plan that might help save
the planet for the future generations.
