most of my 72 yrs I have frequented sportfishing boats. I have also
worked on them. To lose this recreational resource and jobs would
be devastating for Southern California. Let's be sensible. I, as a
retired person, need some time on the water to recharge my
batteries. I am on a fixed income and can not afford to pay 2-3
times a much for a days fishing. Please reconsider this nonsense.
