For California to be able to meet its climate goals, and for Los
Angeles to regain ground on the fight against smog, electrifying
truck transportation is a must. As a Los Angeles resident and
parent of a young child vulnerable to air pollution, I completely
support policy to achieve emissions-free trucking in this region.
CARB's Advanced Clean Trucks regulation is necessary and critical
and the time to move it forward is now.
