SubjectEJAC CCS isn't an opinion, it's fact

The EJAC presentation on CCS did not represent an alternate look
at CCS or an opinion. CARB staff has misstated CCS's proven track
record. CCS is very much proven to NOT work. It is very dangerous
that the CARB board is not being critical about the fact that CCS
is not carbon negative, nor carbon neutral. 

I'm
very distressed that despite their diligent presentation that CCS
is not working, CARB is continuing to stand by the myth that CCS is
working.
