Time is of the essence!  We must add to CARB's scoping plan
specific langauge to address embodied carbon, and immediately
provide a framework for how we all can leverage leadership,
collaboration, and innovation to ensure that we're measuring the
impact of embodied carbon and pro-actively seeking policies,
programs, and regulations that will allow for us to lower embodied
carbon in our built environment.


Please add provisions that will address embodied carbon
now!
