Putting our precious sportfishing fleet out of business is absurd.
I am a lifelong passenger in San Diego. Boats have a loyal
following world wide. Practical solution would be to grandfather
older boats and require new boats to meet CARB regs. We need a
common sense solution that is equitable for all parties involved.
Some environmental regs reek of Govt overreach. This would
devastate an entire industry that depends on sportfishing. Please
reconsider!!!
