This plan is completely out of touch with the people who you are
claiming to represent. I urge you on behalf of the San Juan
Capistrano Chamber of Commerce businesses along with the
underserved population in our community to reject this plan in it's
totality.


This hearing turned into a clown show and everyone on the Dias
thought it was funny and encouraged the behavior. You should all
honestly be ashamed of how you represent your
constituents.
