My name is Mitch Gutierrez and I have been a fisherman all my life.
I ask that you reconsider this proposal to have fishing vessels
update their fleet with new engines, removal of certain wood boats,
etc. A lot of boats are family owned and would be a financial
hardship to meet your new requirements. Also if the ARB follows
through it will create a huge economic problem throughout  the
State as a whole. Please reconsider. Thank you Mitch Gutierrez
