Dear Ms. Nichols, 

As a concerned citizen, I would like to please ask you to give the
people of California cleaner air. You know you can do this by:
1. Requiring the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for
2012-2014, and
2. Creating a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets
them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEVs.

California needs to lead the way. Please give us the chance to
choose a cleaner vehicle.
