    I think this is a case of the California air resources board
meddeling with things that affect our economy and life styles and
you don't have all the facts except for what you guys won't too
hear Just like the fiasco of M T B E in our gasoline  You the
board menbers had no clue what it was going to do!!!   And again
your going to make major changes Just because you think its a good
idea not knowing all the facts!!!!
     Please stop trying to do the wrong things and pay attention
to the true facts before you make a mess of the diesal fuels and
the transportation industry!!!
