On behalf of BizFed, the Los Angeles County Business
Federation, an alliance of over 220 business organizations who
collectively represent over 450,000 employers in Los Angeles
County, and our coalition partners, submit the attached letter to
express our very serious concerns about the Draft 2022 Scoping Plan
Update (the “Update”) which is proposed for
consideration by the California Air Resources Board
(“CARB”).
