As an author of AB and SB 33


I recommend you accelerate the


near term 2030  targets set into


statute.  Investing in resiliency


and cleaner energy is critical.


Renewable energy and storage


should be available to all com-


munities.  Cleaner fuels for cars


trucks and buses is in the best 


interest of our health and the


planet.  Longer term reduction


strategies should also be 


reviewed in addition to, not


instead of near term targets.
