| Comment | Please set high goals for reducing emissions from vehicle travel. However, they need to be done in such a way that it is clear that individual cities and counties must be expected to implement them - not just the MPO. I would like to see major changes in land use including reducing parking requirements, charging for on-street parking, and increasing residential density. |
