The Final 2022 Scoping Plan does not make the necessary
commitments to ensure that California's climate plan is also a jobs
plan that will enhance the lives of California's 15 million
workers, our families, and our communities. We propose a path
forward based on the California Climate Jobs Plan endorsed by over
two dozen unions.
