| Comment | Dear CARB members,
Once again you hold the future of our dependence on oil
in your hands. I am asking you to lead us into a new era and
allow the US to lead the world in this new form of electric and
hybrid transportation. Global warming, gas and oil prices, and
polution are 3 of the biggest issues we face today. I am sure
there is tremendous pressure to reduce the requirements. You all
will be global heros if you stand strong on these 3 issues:
1. Require full 25,000 ZEV's automakers promised by 2012-2014
2. Create seperate requirements for plug-in hybrids that lets
you replace the dirtiest behicles in CARB's regulations, rather
than the cleanest ZEV's
3. Incentivize plug-in hybrids that have the most on-board
electricity storage
