why are we still in this dither?  There is adequate, nae, copious
technology to re-jigger these death-traps.  Stop pandering to the
lazy and the privileged - get  the rules requiring soot traps and
biofuels into these machines and do it - yesterday.  no one, no
one should spend one more day stuck anywhere near these engines!
