Hello,

I am disappointed that the ARB staff are only proposing 3
measures
to address climate change in the next 3 years. I urge you to take
more ambitious actions. Climate change is an emergency, I urge
our
leaders and officials to take ambitious action right now to
minimize the impact of climate change. I believe this is a moral
obligation: governments have already failed to take early
preventative action on the issue, we now owe it to children of
today and future generations to act at a time when we can still
have a significant impact of climate change.
