We're writing you as a 32-year SCIENCE PROFESSIONAL in San Diego.
THIS IS INSANITY:  SB 375 regional targets that will HURT
COMMUNITIES AND DO LITTLE TO HELP OUTSIDE THE PROPONENT'S LIES!
     Pseudo science and loose statitistics are being bent like
pretzels to fool you.  No one wants or supports this kind of
planning!
