Has your staff seen the movie "Who Killed the Electric Car?"  If
not, please have them review a little history of the manipulation
of facts by the big auto companies.

Doing so will make it easier to (1) re-commit to the full 25,000
ZEVs that automakers had agreed to produce in 2012-2014, and (2)
create a separate requirement for plug-in hybrids that lets them
replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB’s regulations. Choice for
consumers means cleaner air for everyone.
