| Comment | I appreciate your efforts for clean air but the cost to the Sportfishing industry is excessive. Many Sportfishing operations barely make ends meet and this will put many operators out of business.along with many support businesses too. May I suggest a phase in of these regulations and Federal or State grants to provide funding for vessels/motors. |
