This bill CHC2021 is a cancer to all the millions of Sport and
Commercial Fishing Public, Boat Owners and Employees. It further
would effect million$ in lost revenue for Landings, Boats, Tackle
Shops and California Manufactures. All of the boats I've fished on
for year had repowered more fuel efficient/low pollution engines
a long time ago. OUT on the ocean, we enjoy FRESH CLEAN AIR, and
the boats we fish on contribute little if any pollution to the
Environment. This bill is a disaster to all of of who fish,
