I want to express my concern and opposition to the proposed
regulations requiring the sportfishing fleet to install new motors,
which if I'm not mistaken, don't exist as I type this message. I'm
in favor of protecting the environment, but there are other areas
that should be the focus. A compromise is certainly attainable, if
the parties affected are willing to sit down together and discuss
the issue.
