Hello,


Please find attached a letter signed by the Center on Race,
Poverty, & the Environment (CRPE) with recommendations on
supporting the Arvin/Lamont communities with CERP implementation
once the Board approves the Arvin/Lamont CERP. 
Arvin/Lamont’s CERP approval is on the agenda for
CARB’s Oct. 13th Board Meeting.


 We appreciate the work that CARB Staff has done to
recommend Arvin/Lamont’s CERP approval, we look forward to
continuing to work with the CARB Board and Staff to support the
communities we serve.
