I strongly
encourage the adoption and implementation of the proposal of
Advanced Clean Cars II which will require that 100% of new
car sales in California are zero emission or plug-in hybrid
electric vehicles by 2035. This is the right thing to do as it is
absolutely necessary.Thank you so much for doing this.Donna
