It is a shame that California lost its chance to help save our
environment when it "Killed the Electric Car." As I understandi it
is possible for that you can revive the Zero Emissions Vehicles
Program and refuse to allow automakers to delay EV production for
years. Please do not weaken a program that can help us escape
California's addiction to oil.
