Hello Sir/ Madam i hope you're doing well 
I am writing you this email to let you know my opposition to the
CHC2021 potential regulations that will affect my freedoms to fish
at a affordable price in the ocean, lakes and rivers of this
already over regulated state of CA. I hope our voices are heard and
your board will will on a different way at economically beaten
fishing boat industry. Again I am opposing the proposed regulations
on emissions for the CA. Boating Industry.
