I have heard that the ARB is soon going to vote on willa new rule
to reduce air pollution from California's construction equipment.
I am very concerned about air pollution in California, and the
enormous health impact it has. Since construction equipment
accounts for 20% of soot and 16% of smog-forming Nitrogen Oxides
pollution I urge you to vote in favor of rules to reduce air
pollution from construction equipment.
