   A possible increase in gasoline taxes  of $0.65 per gallon
should not be considered.
California has the highest gasoline prices in the nation along
with
the highest car registration cost.  The amount of taxes assessed in
California is out of hand.  The AHJ's are abusing the power they
have been given.  Each entity appears to ignore the accumulation of
the impact on the population.  
Newsom's energy policies have been a disaster for Californians. His
regulations and taxes keep increasing costs for drivers.  The
majority in the state houses continues to abuse the power they
have. 
No additional taxes from CARB.
