CARB Board Members,
 
I do not approve of the inflated CO2 reduction targets proposed by
CARB for SB 375.  I do not approve of parking fees, vehicle travel
fees, congestion fees, or increases in gasoline taxes considered to
meet CO2 targets.  Any reduction in CO2 by California is purely
symbolic, and any reductions should be reasonable, without
penalties to citizens or businesses.  We already have the third
highest unemployment rate in the nation.  We cannot afford job
killing symbolic acts.
