"Alternative 1 for refrigerants is crucial to eliminate huge
amounts of high GWP emissions in order to get 40% down by 2030 and
zero net emissions by 2045.
Alternative 1 could be improved by adding incentives or tax breaks
for stores in disadvantaged areas."
