| Comment | I urge you to use your influence to ensure that electric cars are encourages by requiring the full 25,000 ZEVs that automakers had promised for 2012-2014 and creating a separate requirement for pug-in hybrids that lets them replace the dirtiest vehicles in CARB's regulations, rather than the cleanest ZEVs. Also, CARB should incentivize plug-in gybrids that have the most on-board electricity storage. Thank you in advance for taking this important step towards solving the climate change catastrophe. |
