    C.A.R.B Please do not allow this bill to pass.
 Gov. Newson and His OVERREACHING POWER GRAB is TOO MUCH, He has
already hurt our economy and trying to have a LEGACY OF DISTRUCTION
by steering California in the WRONG DIRECTION.
 I like to fish and when I can afford it I go Deep Sea Fishing on
Charter boats, with the new regulations I believe it will be the
end of Charter boat fishing trips.
 Already Emission regulations have hurt the Independent Trucking
industry ( Harming and Eliminating Small Construction Companies).
 Harming our Farmers by making them get rid of their older Diesel
Generators and Well Pump Engines.
  Again, PLEASE do not allow this Bill/ Regulation to pass.
