California should have some of the best air quality in the US not
the worst.

Pollution takes a toll on the economy by virtue of the costs which
are acrrued in dealing with the effects bad air has on health,
agriculture, tourism and wildlife.

Off-road diesel is now a major source of the worse kinds of air
pollution.

It is high time that all pollution sources be controlled for the
common good.

I strongly urge the ARB to please regulate these off-road diesel
vehicles' emissions.
