dear sirs,

when considering revisions to the zev program, please keep in mind
the original mandates developed by your department.  a proposal of
anything less than 5,000 Zero Emission Vehicles is not a step
forward toward a pollution free future and weakens the program. 
having these zev's on the road is a major step in the right
pollution free direction.
