Dear CARB staff and board members,

Please maintain the goals of 8% by 2020 and 13% by 2035for GHG
reduction for SCAG.

I am deeply disappointed in how SCAG board members commandeered a
technical and scientific evaluation of GHG targets for the Southern
California region and turned it into a political football.

Please maintain the 8% and 13% targets.
