To whom it may concern,
  As a small automotive repair business owner I am very concerned
with the possibility of the "15/150" legislation and the effect it
will have on my business and on other small businesses like mine.
  I urge you to consider the consequences that such legislation
may lead to, such as driving repair business into the          
dealerships and away from the aftermarket.
