Please maintain the highest possible standards in mandating ZEVs.
California has long set the standard for the future in automotive
design. I hope such leadership will continue. Strict guidelines
will provide a firm basis for companies to invest in plug-in
hybrid and all-electric vehicles. This will be necessary to
control California's air quality issues as the state continues to
grow.
