SubjectWe must reduce pollution from Construction equipment.

It is  obvious that the practice of leaving construction equipment
running virtually all day, even when it is used only sporadicaaly,
is a criminal waste that we can no longer afford. The impact on
global warming is large and the planet has no wiggle room left.

This practice must be abolished now.
