I am requesting that the plan be revised to acheive carbon net
neutrality by 2030 and not 2045.  California will continue to
see an increase in wildfires, droughts and excessive heat days if
the goal in the current plan remains.  It is critical that
CARB take a leadership role in the world at this point in history
to address the climate crisis.
