Dear California Air Resources Board,

Please reform the LCFS program to end investment in failed biofuel
technology.  Please do not continue to reward the polluters, Big
Oil and Big Agra.

Please use LCFS revenues to fund actual solutions to air
pollution.

Please use this opportunity to facilitate California's transition
to a zero-emissions future.
