SubjectOil dependency, Global Warming, and California
Comment
The federal government continues to fail to act to fight Global
warming, and get the United States off its oil dependency which is
both a security risk and an economic disadvantage. As a major
economic power, California can throw its weight around and act as
a leader in the US in the fight against Global Warming and out Oil
Dependency. 

Please help us do this by passing zev2008.
